Description: Are you hosting an Israeli camp staff member this summer? If you are, thank you, and MAZEL TOV! You are about to embark on a wonderful, life-changing experience for you and your family. By welcoming a shaliach (an Israeli emissary, or counselor) into your home, you are a critical part of their success. This session is designed for families who are hosting shlichim this summer, to discover strategies to welcome these guests into their homes and learn ways to have a meaningful experience for everyone. Camp directors and other JCC professionals are welcome to join the session as well.

This session will focus on the five characteristics and best practices of outstanding work teams. Leaders will learn the latest research and specific applicable techniques for collaborating in a way that all individuals feel a real desire to contribute to the best of their ability.
