The Hyatt Regency is right at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, which is home to many inviting restaurants, cafes, and bars. Sports fans will want to stop at the famous Camden Yards, where the Baltimore Orioles play. It’s easy to get in on the action, spirit, and fun of Baltimore! You may want to explore a few of their famous attractions such as the Baltimore Aquarium, the American Visionary Art Museum, or the Maryland Science Center, Baltimore also has a very rich, cultural history and by touring a historic site like Fort McHenry- home of the National Anthem - you will gain a new perspective of the American past.

Professional Institutes, Chairs, and Staff

At the heart of the Professional Conference is the Professional Institute, an in-depth training experience for JCC professionals. The 18 individual Institutes meet for seven sessions beginning Sunday, March 11, at 2:00 P.M., and concluding on Wednesday, March 14, at noon, and feature outstanding trainers and facilitators. The Institute staff directors are all members of the JCC Association staff, and the chairs are professionals from JCCs throughout the continent.

Get With the Program

Our schedule is packed with learning opportunities. Besides the institutes, you can choose three different workshops out of more than thirty, with topics ranging from How to Work With a Lay Committee to How to Make Decisions Based on Jewish Ethical Values, to How to Create a Budget. All in all, you will receive over 20 hours of learning, which includes practical take-home items, visionary insights, and motivating advice, plus all of the shared knowledge from your colleagues.
