What? So What? Now What? Making Your JCC Excellent
What characterizes an excellent membership department? More users? Satisfied users? Over the past two years, JCC Association and its Mandel Center for Excellence in Leadership and Management have begun extensive research to determine what makes a JCC excellent and how the activities of the membership department influence that process. Information and data from the 22 JCCs studied will be presented to help you determine what you need to do to serve your members, prospective members, and users and choose the best approach to reach new levels of excellence. You will answer the question “Now what will I do?”
