About Registration


A mailing went to all executive directors with the following information:

A schedule for each of the 17 Institutes

5 Individual registration forms – please complete one for each staff member that will be attending the conference (please photo copy the form if you plan to send more than five people)

1 Tally form – please complete this to determine total conference fees

Your Conference Registration Fee includes:

Institute tuition, three workshops, three plenaries, cocktail reception and full sit-down dinner on Sunday, gala celebration on Tuesday night, continental breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Buddy's Gathering Place on Sunday and Monday.
