Plenary: Leadership & Management Skills with Connie Glaser
In her sixth book, WHAT QUEEN ESTHER KNEW: LEADERSHIP STRATEGIES FROM AN ANCIENT SAGE, best-selling author and consultant Connie Glaser shows us that smart, savvy, and courageous Queen Esther transformed herself from an orphan girl in exile to the most powerful woman in the Persian empire. How did she do it? By being a brilliant strategist, a persuasive speaker, and a courageous risk-taker, yet all the time remaining true to her principles and ethics. The themes of the book - leadership, credibility, and integrity - resonate today as powerfully as they did in ancient times. Based on the critically-acclaimed book, this program provides the "Best leadership advice in 2000 years!"

Plenary: Generational Marketing with Chuck Underwood
We have no choice. We must understand the influence of different generations on the marketplace and workplace, because those influences are powerful and permanent. Those of us who learn the values and motivations and attitudes of each generation will fare much better than those who don't. Find out the differences between the five living generations: G.I. GENERATION (born 1901-1926), SILENTS (born 1927- 1945), BOOMERS (born 1946-1964), GEN X (born 1965-1981), MILLENNIALS (born: 1982-present) from our keynote speaker Chuck Underwood, founder and president of The Generational Imperative, Inc. Having studied and researched the generational values and beliefs that guide the decision-making of Americans for two decades, he is a leading authority on generational dynamics in both the marketplace and workplace.
