The GoGirlGo Project
is a unique education program that utilizes four GoGirl characters to educate young female athletes about health-risk behaviors and life lessons such as body image, bullying, diversity, smoking, drugs, and stress. The program also features true-life stories from champion athletes like Mia Hamm, Tamika Catchings, and Holly McPeak. All materials come in a GoGirlGo kit, containing a GoGirlGo Guide to Life, a GoGirl Journal, instruction guides for group and peer leaders, all in a GoGirl carrying case. Each girl and adult leader will also receive a free one-year membership in the Women's Sports Foundation.

The curriculum is available free of charge to girl-serving organizations. It is designed for girls' sports programs and their leaders. The curriculum consists of 16 issue-based chapters that include champion athlete testimonials, a discussion of a specific topic, cartoons, activities, and journal ideas. The intention is for this material to be experienced in a group/team environment with the understanding that navigating through adolescent pressures is less taxing when shared.
