Supervisory Training
We strongly
believe that enhanced supervision will lead to increased retention
of professional staff. To help improve the quality of supervision
in all JCCs, we are ready to roll-out our supervisory training
workshops. The individual cost to each JCC for these 8 hours
of training will be $59 per participant, with the rest of
the cost being generously subsidized by JCC Association's
Mandel Center for Excellence in Leadership and Management.
Supervision
trainig is divided into two seminars:
- Introductory
Supervision: three years or under/supervising one full-time
staff person
- Advanced
supervisors: four years or over/and supervising more than
one full-time staff person
